The Township of Faraday is planning to shape and clean the existing roadside ditches on Airport Road from #665 Airport Road to Brethour Road during the summer and fall of 2020. Under the Municipal Class Environmental Assessment the project is designated as Schedules A and B and this notice has been posted as a method of public contact.
The roadway realignment will include the following works:
- Gravel resurfacing;
- Excavation of rock;
- Ditching and shaping;
- Replacement of asphalt on existing hard surfacing.
During construction the roadway will remain open at all times but will be reduced to one lane periodically; expect minor delays. Access to all properties will be provided throughout the construction period.
The approximate timeline for the construction of this project is from June 8, 2020 to October 15, 2020.
